Two Different Journeys

Written by Desassossego at 00:14 13/5-2015

Recently we said goodbye to two riders Kurek and Durán, both made the jump to the first division. Gerard hopes to participate on the more prestigious tours and Durán to maybe end his career on top.

Here's they're numbers of their short stint on the team:
  Gerard Kurek-30 races, 13 top 9's, 8 results , 425 points and 75500 prize money.

  Macerio Durán-23 races, 2 top 9's, 18 points and 10000 prize money.

The other day, this young man appeared in our headquarters just as our chief scout was starting his monthly scouting trip on the local bars. We weren't expecting much, so when he returned 2 minutes after going out and not smelling like cheap whiskey we were surprised.

  Duan Shuang

  Nation: Macau
  Potential:
  CL: Very good
  DH: Good
  HL: Small
  SP: Small
  FR: None
  CB: None
  TT: Small
  TQ: Average

At first it was decided that he would sign a contract at the beginning of the coming season but Lopo changed his mind. He said during a meeting "Duan is still a kid, he shouldn't be competing so soon it might scare away his potential. So he shall undertake a trip around the World! To mature and learn valuable skills, like how to appreciate a sunset or carefully choose dinner from a garbage can.

Duan will leave tomorrow, starting from Macau he will reach China where he'll ride the wall of China on his bike, going West. He can only return day 1 of season 34.

I shall give updates of his adventures, stay tuned.

who is gonna take the lead of your team ?

Rigana at 02:08 13/5-2015
All the best with Duan and his "garbage adventures". Hopefully he turns out to be better than rubbish. Duran was the 7th rider need for our new climb team. He is likely to stay here until retirement.
